Obicà means'Here it is!'

In the dialect of my home town of Naples, this is how we describe something that’s happening right before your eyes, like a freshly made Mozzarella, still dripping from its brine and ready to be eaten there and then.

Here, we pair our fresh Mozzarella di Bufala with a few simple products sourced from the best farmers and producers, many of whom are our friends. They take pride in defending our culinary traditions - be it an heirloom tomato, a pasta that’s been shaped with a bronze dye or a wine made with an indigenous grape variety.

We present these classic Italian products, the results of centuries of tradition, in an uncompromising contemporary style.
