Chef Simone Santopietro and USA CEO Raimondo Boggia can often be seen at nearby Farmers' Markets sampling products and talking with farmers about their growing methods. Our commitment doesn't end with our food purchases. Obicà was awarded two out of three stars by the Green Restaurant Association for our commitment to non-toxic cleaning products, efficient use of energy, and water conservation.
