Passata d'Estate


Serves 4

8 oz. heirloom tomatoes

4 oz. cucumbers

2 oz. red bell pepper

sprig of basil

salt, pepper, extravirgin olive oil


Be sure that the tomatoes are sweet and red!
Feel free to change the quantities of the ingredients according to taste.

Put all the cleaned vegetables in a blender with a tbsp of oil, salt, pepper until you obtain a smooth cream.

Serve in a bowl and garnish with fresh basil and oil.
