From May 17th in London and on May 26th at Obicà Flatiron in NYC, our new Summer Menu welcomes you back at your favorite Obicà with classic summer specialties and delicious new dishes.
For a light lunch between a video call and another, you can choose from our selection of Summer Salads, such as the Smoked Tuna with Mixed Salad, Olives, Datterini Tomatoes, Peaches, Mustard with Honey, or the very fresh Burrata and Strawberries with Rocket, Green Beans, Pine Nuts, Fresh Basil.
To enjoy a relaxing moment with a couple of friends or your family, we suggest to start with two Small Plates you loved so much in the past: the Mozzarella Scapece and the Supplì al Telefono, our Rice Croquettes with Mozzarella di Bufala, Tomato, Pecorino Romano DOP and Fresh Basil. And then continue with a Pizza: maybe the Bluefin Tuna and Papaccella Peppers or the summer version of our Pizza with Scottish Smoked Salmon.
While, for an intimate dinner with your partner, the perfect starter is our new Organic Tomato Tartare. Or a new veggie Italian product like the Red Aubergine from Rotonda DOP, a specialty from the Basilicata region which is a perfect pairing with our Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP.
As main course, you could go for two classic Pasta from our Summer Menu such as Trofie with Basil Pesto or Tagliolini with Black Summer Truffle. Or discover the delicious combination of flavours of our Fresh Tortelloni with Mozzarella and Lemon, served with Aubergines, Datterini Tomatoes, 30-month Aged Parmigiano Reggiano Modenese White Cow flakes.
