Obicà's 20th Anniversary celebrations start with a special dish that honours the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, the queen of our food proposal for 20 years.
Over the years we have served you many variations on the Mozzarella di Bufala, but for this Anniversary we really wanted to surprise you: from April 12th we are introducing in all of our restaurants the Buffalo Milk Figliata with Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP Bites as Anniversary Special.
Each Figliata is handmade by the master cheesemakers of our trusted producer, La Bufalat in the Piana del Sele: a layer of Mozzarella that contains Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP Bites, a real pleasure for both the eyes and the palate.
The Figliata, weighing 500 grams, is the ideal dish to share.
You can enjoy it in our Degustazione di Figliata, served with Baby Spinach, Yellow and Red Datterini Tomatoes, Black Olives, Prosciutto di Parma DOP, Salame Piacentino DOP, Bruschette with Pomodorini del Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP a Pacchetelle and Fresh Oregano, Sicilian Aubergine Caponata, Basil Pesto, Sun-dried Tomato Pesto, Focaccina Origano with Oregano and Sea Salt.
Or on its own, served with Baby Spinach, Yellow and Red Datterini Tomatoes, Black Olives.
