A new brighter light is coming: that of Summer Delights, our new Summer Menu. An original collection of new flavours, colours and fragrances, available from May 9th in Italy and London, from May 30th in New York City.

As we’ve got you used to over the past 20 years, our specialties are always designed to enhance the freshness and seasonality of each ingredient.

So to offer you a relaxing break with the best products of the Italian food tradition, to be enjoyed in our great Summer classics and in many new recipes.

Who said that a Tartare can only be meat?

Our Tomato Tartare with Mustard, Crumbled Tarallo, Fried Capers and Basil Sauce is pure poetry for your palate.

Summer Menu 2024 - Insalata Burrata Fragole

Our ultimate Summer salad is born from the combination of Burrata Pugliese with the freshness of Strawberries.

You’ve loved it so much in the past on the tables of your favourite Obicà and now it’s back: admit it, you really missed it!

Just one bite and you’ll find yourself on the seashore: you owe it all to our Spaghetti alla Chitarra with Courgette Cream, Prawns in Bisque Sauce and Marinated Courgette.

Menù Estivo 2024 - Pizza Prosciutto Cotto

Our Pizza dough is the one you have known for some time now, with type 1 flour from Molino Paolo Mariani. But for the toppings this Summer we have unleashed the creativity of our Pizza Chef, to give you surprising combinations of flavours.

Like in our brand new Pizza Prosciutto Cotto with Smoked Mozzarella di Bufala, Prosciutto Cotto San Giovanni, Citrus-marinated Courgette, Chopped Pistachios and Bell Pepper Sauce.

Menù Estivo 2024 - Panna Cotta Cocco

Among the new desserts for Summer 2024, the Coconut Panna Cotta with Raspberry Coulis surely wins the prize for freshness.
