Paired with Rocket, Red Chicory, Toasted Almonds, Dates, Pear Mostarda, and Crostini, this dish embodies our dedication to quality.

A comforting favourite returns: our Tomato Soup. Perfect for the coldest days, this light yet flavourful dish features Masseria Dauna Tomatoes from Puglia, combined with creamy Stracciatella and served with a Tomato Crisp and Fresh Basil.

The Burrata and Pear Salad is a harmonious mix of textures and tastes, combining Burrata with Red Chicory, Lamb’s Lettuce, Grapes, Walnuts, and a Honey-Mustard dressing for an intriguing blend of sweet and savoury.
Our Pizzas, with dough that undergoes a slow rise of at least 48 hours, are back with exciting new toppings. One standout is the Pumpkin and Black Truffle Pizza, starring the queen of autumn: Pumpkin. Combined with Black Truffle, Mozzarella Fiordilatte di Agerola, and a garnish of Baby Spinach, it’s a seasonal delight you won’t want to miss.
